Background

So-called Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are used to check how successfully certain activities are carried out in companies and whether targets are met or not. These can be process KPIs, business KPIs, but also quality KPIs.

The correct use of quality KPIs can help companies to better understand, control and further improve GMP-relevant processes. This applies to manufacturing processes as well as to GMP compliance. And both are important for the continuity of operations and supply capability. A suitable system of KPI can also help to reduce quality costs.

Target Group

This webinar is aimed at all those who deal with KPIs and are looking for solutions and/or optimisation possibilities.

Technical Requirements

For our webinars, we use Cisco WebEx, one of the leading suppliers of online meetings. At http://www.webex.com/test-meeting.html you can check if your system meets the necessary requirements for the participation at a WebEx meeting and at the same time install the necessary plug-in. Please just enter your name and email address for the test. If the installation is not possible because of your rights for the computer system, please contact your IT department. WebEx is a standard nowadays and the necessary installation is fast and easy.
