Important: Deadline is 12 noon on 29 July 2020.
Background
What is Knowledge Management in the pharmaceutical business? A good description can be found in the ICH Q10 guideline. The acquisition of product and process knowledge starts already in the development phase, the knowledge then expands over the entire life cycle of the finished product up to the end of marketing. This requires a systematic approach to the collection, analysis, storage and transfer of information about products, manufacturing processes and components. This is linked to important processes in the quality system such as continuous improvement, change management and quality risk management.
Knowledge Management describes the way in which knowledge is created or derived, applied and - very important! - shared within the company. The aim is that the right person has the right information at the right time in order to derive the best decision and action from it.
Target Group
Employees and managers from the pharmaceutical industry who already deal with the topic but also those who would like to acquire basic knowledge.
