WallhäußerAward for Drug Quality and Safety Given to Dr L. Huber

 
The Wallhäußer Award 2001 for drug quality and safety endowed withEUR 5,000 goes to Dr Ludwig Huber, Agilent Technologies.
Dr Huber is honoured for his long-running series of outstandingpublications in the fields of computer validation and Part 11 compliance.Since 1987, CONCEPT HEIDELBERG gives the Wallhäußer Award every year topersonalities who have promoted the drug quality and safety in a specialway, e.g. by means of publications or their lifework.
The winner is chosen by a jury represented by

  • Dr Wolfgang Schumacher, F.Hoffmann-La Roche, Basle, Switzerland, and
  • Pharmaceutical Director Rudolf Völler,Regierungspräsidium (office of the administrative district) Darmstadt,Germany.
