Several Revised Chapters on Chromatographic Methods Adopted

During its 172nd session in March 2022, the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) Commission adopted numerous new and revised texts and monographs for publication in Ph. Eur. Supplement 11.1, including several general chapters on chromatographic methods.

The following general chapters are affected:

• 2.2.27. Thin-layer chromatography
• 2.2.28. Gas chromatography
• 2.2.29. Liquid chromatography
• 2.2.30. Size-exclusion chromatography
• 2.2.45. Supercritical fluid chromatograpy

According to the Publication Schedule, the publication of Ph. Eur. Supplement 11.1 is foreseen for October 2022 and the implementation for April 01, 2023.
