European GDP Association - Advisory Board Change

The European GDP Association has announced a change on the Authority Advisory Board.

Johanna Linnolati from the Finnish Medicines Agency FIMEA decided to leave the board. Dr Daniel Müller, who accepted his nomination recently, takes her place.

Dr Daniel Müller is head of the GMP Inspectorate at the local competent authority in Tuebingen, Germany. Since 2001 he has been working as GMDP inspector, conducting national inspections as well as EMA and overseas inspections.

"I would like to thank Johanna for her support of the group over the past three years. It was a pleasure working with her, and I wish her all the best for the future. We are happy that Daniel has accepted our invitation to join the advisory board. I have known Daniel for many years; we have worked together in various GDP courses. His experience and knowledge will be an excellent addition to the team", Dr Afshin Hosseiny, GDP Association Advisory Board Chairman, commented on the change in the Authority Advisory Board.

As part of the Authority Advisory Board, Dr Daniel Müller will not be part of the legal structure. The Advisory Board Members support the GDP Working Group on a case by case decision and not for all of its activities.
