On 9 October 2025, the MHRA Inspectorate informed readers that the blog post “A Voyage in Good Distribution Practice (GDP): The Aviation and Marine Sectors” is available on the MHRA website. It discusses the specific GDP challenges associated with supplying medicines to aircrafts, ships, and oil platforms – areas that fall outside the usual scope of a Wholesale Dealer’s Authorisation (WDA(H)).
The article was originally published in June 2025 but was taken down shortly after its initial release for unknown reasons.
