GDP Non-Compliance Report: No Responsible Pharmacist

The French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé, ANSM) has posted a new Statement of Non-Compliance with GDP in the EudraGMDP database. The statement dated 21 August 2025, concerning a wholesale distributor located in Chambly, France, is the result of an inspection conducted on 07 July 2025.

According to the report, the company's responsible pharmacist and deputy ceased their activities on 26 September and 03 October 2024 respectively. The company failed to appoint replacements or notify ANSM accordingly.

The authority writes that the company "has not demonstrated that it has brought its pharmaceutical establishment into compliance, and the serious deficiencies of current regulations persist."

As regulatory action, the wholesale authorisation was suspended.
