Call for Presentations: GDP Forum 2027 in Berlin

Since 2021, the GMP & GDP Forum has taken place every two years, bringing together the European GMP Conference and the European GDP Forum.

GMP & GDP Forum 2027

The next GMP & GDP Forum will take place from 22 to 24 June 2027 in Berlin, Germany. The first half of the event will focus on GMP topics, while the second half will focus on GDP. Participants will have the flexibility to attend only the GMP Forum, only the GDP Forum, or the full three-day programme.

Your Proposals

We have now begun planning the agenda and expect to publish it by the end of 2026. We are inviting interested experts to submit proposals for presentations as part of the GDP programme.

Key areas of interest include:

• Artificial intelligence
• Modern quality systems and efficiency
• Digitalisation / electronic quality management systems (eQMS)

Do you have a project, initiative or practical experience from which others could learn? We are particularly interested in:

• Practical presentations from industry, including successful projects, lessons learnt and best practices from which others can benefit
• Contributions from inspectors or representatives of regulatory authorities, as well as from consultants

The call is aimed at all professionals involved in the transportation and distribution of medicinal products, especially wholesale distributors, transport providers, logistics and warehousing service providers. We also welcome contributions from colleagues in quality assurance and other functions involved in the various processes of pharmaceutical logistics.

What to Submit

At this initial stage, we only require the following information:

• Title of the proposed presentation
• 3–5 bullet points outlining the content
• Full name, including academic title
• Company
• Position or function within the company
• Contact details

Please note that presentations should not exceed 30 minutes, including a short discussion.

Submission Deadline

If you are interested in giving a presentation as part of the GDP programme, please send your proposal by 30 September 2026 by email to Dr Markus Funk at funk@concept-heidelberg.de.

After the submission deadline, all proposals will be reviewed and a decision will be made regarding their inclusion in the programme. We expect to inform all submitters of the outcome in November 2026.
