For webinars and live online trainings, we use Cisco WebEx one of the leading suppliers of online meetings. At http://www.webex.com/test-meeting.html you can check if your system meets the necessary requirements for the participation at a WebEx meeting and at the same time install the necessary plug-in. Please just enter your name and email address for the test. If the installation is not possible due to your rights in the IT system, please contact your IT department. WebEx is a standard nowadays and the necessary installation is fast and easy.

Use this Test-Link to verify if your system meets the requirements to participate in a WebEx Meeting and install the necessary plug in as well. Please enter your name and email address for this test. If the installation is not possible due to technical restrictions, please contact your IT department. WebEx is considered as standard webinar service today, and preparation is easy.
You will receive an email with a link for direct participation as well as your log-in data in time before the scheduled date. Please log in about 15 minutes before the training or webinar starts in order to fix any occurring technical problems. Please enter the live online training course/conference or webinar by entering your correct name and the email noted in your registration. Registration with Cisco WebEx is not required. If any screen regarding this occurs please ignore it.
Important: Participation is only possible if the host already started the online training course/conference or webinar. Only then you will be able to enter the virtual training room.
There is no telephone connection needed for the sound transmission, it is done via the speakers of your PC. Please check the technical requirements for VoIP transmission with your IT department. Please be advised that all participants are muted during the webinar. If questions arise during the webinar, please ask them in writing via the Questions and Answers tab provided for this purpose.
Is it also possible to ask questions to the speaker? During the webinar you can submit questions in writing. These will be answered after the webinar. In live online trainings/webinars, on the other hand, you have the opportunity to discuss with speakers and participants other participants - with the difference you sit in front of your PC.

The participation fee only entitles one individual to participate in the online seminar or webinar. Therefore there is only one certificate of participation per registration. If the participation fee was paid only once and the transfer is followed by several persons, this violates the copyright of CONCEPT HEIDELBERG as well as that of the speaker. The presentations will be made available to you shortly before the online training course/conference or webinar as PDF files. After the training, we will automatically send you a certificate of participation.
