In Pharamcopoea incubation period of 3-5 days is given for TAMC and 5-7days is given for TYMC. Incase incubation of minimum period yields the acceptable result why is the max period varied for 2 more days.
We wish to know in which circumstances, one should incubate for minimum time period and in which max duration? And how can it be justified properly.
