Well....in analytical method validation, to prove the method is accurate, you prepare the sample solution with a concentration range lets say (50 % to 150% of your target sample concentration), then you calculate the observed value in triplicate for each concentration and then you compare the actual sample concentration with avg. of the three observed values at each concentration level.
