I am not a specialist in the field but because nobody reacted I will try to help you in some extent. It's a fact that conductivity varies according to the temperature of the sample.
Most of modern pH/conductivimer do have automatic correction of the value. Generally you can select the reference temperature : for USP (25°C) or for EP (20°C). I guess you should easily find some tables in the litterature.
