Dear all,
I'm conducting Antibiotics Microbial Assay of Gentamicin Cream and found
that the cream base (without Antibiotic) made an inhibitory zone. My opinion
is this zone come from preservatives. I'm worried that this zone have an
impact in determining the Gentamicin potency in cream. Is there any
correction factor ?
Anyone has experience on this ? Any comments will be highly appreciated.
