Does any guide state that we should perform more frequent in-process control in uncoated tablet than normal tablet? I mean if I check the hardness of normal tablet every two hours during the compression process, I will check the hardness per hour during the compression process for coated tablet.
Normal tablet mean the finish product is not coated.
