During filling of drug into the canisters generates the particles, which any time may be the highest in size and number “Worst case”. For the purpose of deciding the clean up period for that critical zone this particle counting may be helpful.
For the purpose of qualification this particle counting may be performed rather going for the guideline value of 15-20 min. clean up period, this will give the actual clean up period for site of working.
